In addition, you agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction and venue of such courts.

15. This Agreement is the complete and entire agreement between the parties and supersedes any prior agreement, whether written or oral.

16. If any provision of this Agreement shall be determined to be illegal or unenforceable, such determination shall not affect any other provision of this Agreement and all such other provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
